Well, with the success of The Food Network and the rise in demand for gourmet food items we thought that is not a bad idea! Olive oil consumption alone rose 100% from 1991-2003 and continues to remain at an all time high. Although we didn’t use our name for the store, we will be developing a Dellaposta line of products.
