The ‘Talian Market has been a dream of ours for several years. Actually, it has been recommended by others many, many times. With the last name Dellaposta, we often hear “Why don’t you open an Italian store or restaurant? That is a great name for a business!” Well, with the success of The Food Network and the rise in demand for gourmet food items we thought that is not a bad idea! Olive oil consumption alone rose 100% from 1991-2003 and continues to remain at an all time high. Although we didn’t use our name for the store, we will be developing a Dellaposta line of products.
So, in 2006, after 10 years in the dental field I went back to college to earn my Bachelors in Business Administration ~ Entrepreneurship. I continue to and will always continue to educate myself on proper business relationships, investments, and making positive experiences for our customers.
Our goal is to continually and consistently bring quality ingredients and merchandise to our customers. We will start with a few items made by artisans, not those mass produced items you would find in big grocery stores. This will allow us to know our products as well as give us the opportunity to give our customers a personal experience. You can be rest assured that our products have been reviewed for quality and tasted for flavor before we offer them for sale to you. If they are offered on our site, they have our guarantee that they are premium products!
